Products and Services
We manufacture and supply various types of plastic trays including display trays, storage trays, and transport trays. All products are made from food-grade materials and meet Malaysian safety standards. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Orders and Pricing
Orders can be placed through our website contact form, email, or phone. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Custom orders require a minimum lead time of 2-3 weeks.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary based on order size and customer relationship:
- New customers: 50% deposit required, balance due before delivery
- Established customers: Net 30 days payment terms available
- Custom orders: Full payment required before production begins
Delivery and Risk
We deliver throughout Malaysia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order size. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Delivery charges are additional and will be quoted separately.
Product Warranties
We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date. This warranty covers material defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling. Our liability is limited to product replacement or refund.
Returns and Cancellations
Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Custom products cannot be returned unless defective. Cancellation of orders after production has begun may incur charges up to 50% of order value.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is our intellectual property. Custom molds and designs created for customers remain our property unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through the Malaysian court system. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
